She has scaled and led organizations through transformational growth, and high-stakes transitions, advised boards on CEO succession, and partnered with organizations across sectors, geographies, and company sizes—including private equity firms, venture-backed startups, multinational corporations, industrials, finance, and academic medicine, to navigate complexity and drive lasting impact.

Building industry-shaping organizations

From founding and serving as CEO of HOMER, a research-validated early-learning company for ages 2–8, to co-founding and operating BEGiN as President & COO, Stephanie has built and scaled category leaders. At HOMER, she launched a high-retention subscription business and grew to 1M+ customers before the company was acquired; at BEGiN, she led product, marketing, and five acquisitions, expanding to 15M+ children in 20+ countries and earning Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Education (2021).

As CEO of the Fund for Public Schools, founded by Caroline Kennedy and Michael Bloomberg, she raised $165M to drive innovation for New York City’s 1.1 million students and pioneered a public-private model now replicated nationwide. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, serving financial services clients.
